Heater and fan doesn’t turn on with remote start

2009 f150 eco-all stand alone install works fine to start vehicle. All lights and dash light work. However the heat and fan won't run til key is turned to ON position. Any ideas?

Check your accessory wire, sounds like its not being powered.
