2014 fusion starts correctly, fan blows but will not engage heater controls for warm air?

Everything works correctly but the heater controls will not turn on and it only is blowing cold air from all exits. as soon as the key is inserted it turns on and hot air comes out of the designated vent.

If that's the EVO-FORT3 install, heat is controlled by the BCM. The remote starter enabled the OEM Ford remote start setting in the BCM.

And being that you know have a "factory" remote start, the dealer (or anyone with a Forscan), can enable the oem remote starter user settings in the cluster
