09 focus remote start works great! However the heater fan does not run untill the key is turned on.

Make sure the accessory wire is connected the orange wire at E5 to the purple wire at ignition.

Also, you need o turn it on using forscan or IDS. use any OBD adapter and download forscan and turn it on from the IPC to enable remote start.
