Golf R no power on 4 pin datalink connector with THAR-VW1

I got it all connected. Plugged in the and no power on the evo. No LEDs turned on. I tried to check the voltages and no volts. I made sure the harness is plugged in. Any ideas?

there is a fuse on the harness check it first, then check if there is a cut, trace the harness.
Also check if there is power coming from the wire at the ignition switch,
