Horn Confirmation Silverado 1500 with THAR-GM7

Question

I have an EVO-ALL installed in my 2019 Silverado 1500 LD with the THAR-GM7 and a RF Kit installed for remote start and door locks. The vehicle did not come with a key fob or security system. When I lock the truck I would like a Horn confirmation. I have the G options turned on the Fortin Module but I get no horn confirmation. With the GM7 do I still need to connect the horn wire to the truck?

You need to hardwire the horn output from the evo to the vehicle for this to work.

Green wire on the 20 pin connector of the evo is the negative horn output. Test the vehicles wire before connecting to ensure polarity.
