2018 ram 1500 standard key, blue led not flashing , stays.solid blue.

I follow the steps and everything goes well until the very end when I put the key back in ignition turn to.run. red led.goes out but blue doesn't..blue stays solid and doesn't flash at all. fast or slow like supposed ro

Test the yellow wire, it's not receiving ignition.
