Can RF kit be used with EVOALL on 2013 Kia Optima Std Key?

Question

Under "required technology" RF kit is on EVO ONE but not EVO ALL. Does that mean a RF kit can't be used on my 2013 Kia optima that uses standard key?

The EVO-ALL cannot be used as a stand alone remote starter on that vehicle so an RF-KIT would naturally not be compatible. It can be used with a third party remote starter though.

I think the EVO One has remote monitoring for using 3x locks or lock-unlock-lock option but I think you need to adjust the amount of response time when executing the pressed combination.
