2013 sienna will not start after evo one installed

Question

i installed evo one on 2013 sienna g key with guide 22411

the programming went perfectly

no lights come on when trying to remote start 3x with factory remote

need a little help

3x lock is not supported on that vehicle as stated on the fortin website.

You will need an RF kit.

well i had the same problem, i bought the crimestopper  telematic mycar rf kit, after speaking to a technician by fortin that told me it would work, programmed it, it gives the location of the car but thats about it wont start.

i put the fortin evo one with the thar one toy9.

now when the car is on and i click 3 times on the lock botton of the remote, i can take out the key and the car is still running so i kinda know that the remote starter work, i have done about 20 cars, and this the only car so far that gives me an issue and cant figure out what it is.
