Final step of programming the module and the Blue LED doesn't flash? It stays solid.

Question

2010 Chrysler T&C, purchased EVO-ALL with THAR4 T Harness.  Also utilized the Flash Link Updater and Manager.

The BLUE Led will stay On without flashing when it does not detect ignition. Ignition is detected through the yellow wire of the EVO,. If you test it, you will see 12v with key on, 0v with key off.

 

You may want to do a master reset on the unit also since you have already had a few unsuccesful programming attempts. This is the procedure.

1- Hold down programming button while plugging in datalink connector.
2- Let go of button when LED is RED.
3- Push and hold button again until all three LEDs start to alternate.
4- Disconnect unit, she is now reset.
