Wire color sight problem

I went on the wire color sight and the free pass didn't work and I even tried to pay the 5 dollar for it and it rejected it I know that I have more then 5 dollars in my account

Yes it won't take my bank card when I tried to purchase it gives me a decline email I am share that I have more then 5 dollars in my account
