Just bought the EVO-CHRT5 and will not respond to the 3 times lock code to start?

I installed everything, got all lights to work and when I go to hit my lock 3 times to start it will not start my Jeep.

3x lock start is not a default feature. This normally is enabled at the time of install. It is indicated on the connection diagram of the EVO-CHRT5 that options C1 and D1 need to be enabled. Flash-Link Updater required.
