Blue led's flash 3x when remote pushed 3x but no start,could the dycripter be wrong? Also if I reflash the Bypass side to a different version do I need to run the dycripter again?

Yes you will have to redo dcryptor once it is flashed.

Looking at the service number the firmware is too low for your vehicle. Guide states 71.27 and up and you have 71.18...i'd suggest re flashing the bypass with at least the minimum or higher and re do the programming start to finish.

It was flashed with the latest version yesterday,still had the same problem. I was told to try different versions to see if one would work so that's where I left off. will the dycripter keep the car from trying to start if the decripter is wrong?

If dcryptor is not doing correctly it will not allow the vehicle to remote start...

Update the module's firmware and re do the programming start to finish.

Also list all of the connections you made in the vehicle please and if you are using a t-harness or not.

connections as follows

6 pin

white= SJB purple/white

orange=purple/green

red=blue/white

pink= white/orange

yellow=blue white

can high pin 3

can low pin 11

rx lt blue/black=purple/gray

tx lt blue=yellow/orange

BTW this is on a Ford Flex 2010 using guide 17373.

I know the evo-one is flashed for the focus that's what the fortin tech guy said to try.

Make sure you have cut the yellow loop on the side of the module and the hood is closed.

After the 3x lock press, does the parking light flash on the vehicle ?

After the 3x, I get no reaction of any kind from anything. No output from the yellow pink or white wire on the 6 pin harness,

Have you done a master reset at any point? perhaps re check the options and ensure that option C1 bypass side is on and option 38.2 remote starter side is on as well.

You could also try setting lock unlock lock option 38.5 see if it changes.....

Module was reflashed for the Ford Flex 2010 most current version. Reprogrammed the module, ran the dycrypter, everything went fine. Installed module in vehicle. Clicked remote 3x, blue LED flashed 3x and nothing else happens.

try this for me....

turn the ignition on, press the valet button 3 times, then turn the ignition off and try and remote start the car...

With the key in the ignition in the on position yellow LED lights up, pressed valet button 3x removed key and tried remote start and get the blinking blue LEDS and nothing happens.

is the red led underneath the yellow loop on when the vehicle is at rest? try the same sequence again key on 3 times on valet button key off and remote start the vehicle....just want to be sure it isnt in valet mode as this would prevent the vehicle from starting....

Rico and have it working now, that's pretty much what we did. Also one of the settings was on tachless changed that. All seems fine now, the car starts with the remote. This 4 day marathon install  has come to a end.
