2015 rogue pts wont remote start says invalid key tried 2 tb boxs

Question

vehicle will remote start with a fob in the car but with out it it comes up invalid key yes i install the tb box with fob chip as per instructions benn installing remote starts for 15 years not my firts install.

Remove the tb box, put back the yellow wire that is cut at the bcm together and try to remote start with the valid key placed in front of the push button. (without the battery in the remote)

I have done a few of these. One thing I have noticed is the pickup for the transponder is extremely sensitive to the placement on the circuit board for the key fob. You may need to reposition it a few times to get a reliable read. I have had the same issue on these with another brand of bypass also. Adjusting the position has always resolved the problem.
