My account #331323. I have purchase a single use token on 2015 Oct, 16 and have never receive a token by email or snail mail. Please let me know what going on.

Hi Toi,

The token does not come through email nor through snail mail :D It simply gets added to your account. After selecting a vehicle on wirecolor.com, you will be asked to either use a token or an activation card. Just click the token.

Please contact support@ifar.ca and provide the account email if you are still getting issues. We'll get you what you need and paid for.
