MYCAR telematic start the engine but shutdown after the sequence

Installed evo-one on a 2006 Honda odyssey (standardkey) added mycar telematic to the unit. Theapps start the engine but shutdown after completing the cycle the service ID: 002B04243596

When I used the mycar apps to start the car engine, it have no trouble starting. It shutdown the engine with no count down time.

No, I'm not getting it. But if I used my keyfob 3x lock to start the engine then the engine remain on the 15 minutes.

If the run time is not displaying in the app you would need to contact mycar as Fortin does not manufacture the app.
