3 x pressing lock no longer cranks starter

Previously worked. Now the vehicle doesn't crank. It performs the normal Guage sweep as well as vehicle maintenance built in tests. No start though.

I can look into that for you but first I need a bit more information:

What is the vehicle?

What module are you using?

What is the S/N number on the back of the module?

Vehicle is 2014 SUBARU FORESTER XT. Module Evo all Is on the back of the module, but the website instructions show me as having Evo one with t harness. SN is 002b07 234201. The starter worked perfectly for a couple years. Vehicle went to a dealership for some maintenance, and hasn't worked since. Connections are solid, and getting 12 volts at the t harness connection at the ignition lock cylinder. If I press 3 x lock, the remote start beeps once and does it lights show. If I put the key in and take it to start after that, and then take the key the off, the cars continues to run. Sounds like an immobilizer issue.
