My 2010 Nissan Murano has all three colours blinking at same time and doesn’t just leave the yellow one on to program ?

I hold down the button to program the unit with the key in the slot as I plug in the black end into the unit and all three colours blink at the same time and don't oscilate to go to the next step where the yellow is supposed to go on and stay solid.

This would be the module is not flashed. You need to set the module up using the flash link before trying to program it to the vehicle.
