2006 Toyota corolla no start

2006 toyota corolla followed install guide module is programed and responses when key is asked to insert in guide flashes 10 times fast light goes off but does not responed when locked 3 times ive uploaded the module several times have done this many times on other cars with zero issues ..... when the ground while running is attached the red light will stay on and not go off

Fortin does not list 3x lock for a 2006 corolla. RF kit or RS brain required.
