Lock and unlock feature doesn’t work on the rf642 remote evo-all install

2011 Jetta evo all kit with t harness. The remote start works with the rf642 remote but the lock and unlock feature doesn't work. I've looked in the setting with the flash link updater and lock and unlock settings are turned on. Is there something else I could be doing wrong that the 642 remote won't lock and unlock the car?

What is the S/N to the module?

 

Did you connecto the door lock wire as shown in the installation guide?

Yes I connected the lock and unlock wire. When i press the lock/unlock bottons on the 642 remote i hear a click noise like the car has recieved the signal but won't actually lock/unlock the car.

Turn  A5 off.

Looking at your service number, a5 is still on.
