Evo one firmware does it wipe the keys(decryptor)

Hi,

 

I updated the evo one to the latest firmware and now the car does not remote start. Ignition comes on but no cranking. Would updating the firmware wipe my keys in the unit? Would I need to redo the decryptor part again?

Yes. Re program it start to finish now including dcryptor.
