Need Ford Edge IPC update so brake message goes away. Ford said it will be $150. Are there cheaper options anyone?

The dealer should not be charging you for a known flaw in their software that has TSB's pulished for said issue.

I wish! Every single ford I called said TSB's aren't mandatory like recalls. Would I be able to get around this somehow?

ipc needs update to clear the message. Installing the OEM Ford remote starter would of required the same update.
