2017 Ford Edge won’t unlock with my car

Everything else works on the my car app .

when the unlock is requested the evo all blue light will flash the same as when the lock is requested except the unlock won't work .0

-Start the car normally with key or pts button

-Turn vehicle off

-Press unlock on OEM remote

-Then try Unlock from App.
