2005 Lexus GX470 - Can't Bypass to Program

Tried for an hour after double checking my connections, and can't get the Bypass programming to work on a 2005 Lexus GX470.  The red light just stays solid not matter what, and won't flash 10x to finish the Bypass programming procedure.

What is the S/N to the module?

I figured out, the RX and TX wire color codes are switched on the Fortin installation guide.
