does not turn on by pressing locks three times

hello, i am installing evo one in a golf with standard swich but it does not turn on with the control by pressing lock three times it only activates the parkin leds relay, the module does not turn on the blue led when i press lock it only turns on by pressing unlock it could help me. perform with THAR-VW2 connector

Can you please take a video of the module when you try to remote start the vehicle and send it to support@fortin.ca.

Yes, that's why i am saying, turn off option a6 if the blue led on the module flashes when you press lock or unlock, but the remote starter does not attempt to remote start.
