Taking truck in for warranty work, do I need to disconnect and if so, how?

I will be taking my truck in for warranty work. Will having my remote start installed be an issue to the truck or dealership? And if so, what will be the correct way of uninstalling my remote start? Thanks.

Disconnect all the connectors EXCEPT the power connector, then disconnect the power last. also depending on the install  there may be wires that are interupted, which will need to be put back together
