I cannot get through step 5 to 6. On the blue light is solid and I press the program button the light just turns off.

Question

When working on steps five through six I get the solid blue light I press the ignition button twice then the program button and the light turns off and does not come back on. This is on a 2013 Dodge Journey push to start.

If blue led turn off but does not flash means the module does not see can bus. Verify canbus connections.
