What is the correct firmware version for a 2020 CX-9?

Install guide shows version 71.50 but this version is not listed as compatible in flashlink manager.

use whatever the flash link recommends. Which will most likely be 85.XX .  

The 71.XX firmwares are for Ford/Mazda while the 85 is purely Mazda
