cannot get past step 5 in programming

vehicle programmimng stops at step 5

The yellow power wire of the ignition switch goes to ground while cranking on this Subaru, I had to jump power to this while cranking to make the EVO ALL module learn the key.

That means it an accsessory wire not ignition.
