Doors unlock after a minute or so

2007 Ridgeline.  Using EVO-ONE for remote start and factory remote(3x lock).  After a minute or so after remote starting, the doors will unlock.  Everything else works as it should other than a slight overcranking.  They unlock before start and lock after start.

Turn off D2 to sovle the doors unlocking after 1 minute.

If I do that, how will the factory alarm disarm?
