2018 Kia Niro Hybrid PTS, after installation NO lights on cluster no power

2018 Kia Niro PTS Hybrid brand new installing Evo One for X3 Lock. No power on the car at all i check the installation and everything seems fine... but no power on the car at all..

There is a 12V reset button on lower dash panel, triggers when 12v battery runs low. Press this button.

I have try it already no, i removed the installation and put everything back and works fine... i try to install it again and same no power.
