when programming step 5 i put key in ignition and the light on the evo does not change from yellow to red. all wireing is hooked up correct

were the light blue (a10) and light blue/black (a20) wires connected to the t-harness? (same color wires)

yes they are and I dont have power to the yellow wire with just the tip key in the ignition.
