On a 2006 F150 using an EVO ONE and RFALL642, will I be able to unlock the doors with this remote?

Will I be able to lock and unlock doors with the RF-ALL-642W remote and and EVO ONE on a 2006 Ford F150?

As long as the doorlocks are connected yes. And since you mentionned rfall642, if theres a little Y adaptor in that kit, you will not be using it with the evo-one. Plug the antenna straight into the blue antenna port.
