evo all will not clone the key. installed as per diagram 16 in guide 28261, evo-all stays yellow when ign on. will not clone, programs fine for cans when using program 2. all functions work except transponder,

If you unplug the red connector, does the car start with the key?

yellow staying on means it is not reading data on the light blue/black wire.  Possibly connected to wrong wire or the vehicle has no immobilizer.
