AUX 2 on 2007 Toyota 4runner

I see the Trunk Release/AUX (yellow/black wire) but where is the AUX2 wire?  Can the GWR/Programmable wire be used for AUX2?  i've seen replies that state that Aux2 is run from the CANBUS, what options are available on an 07 4runner for that?

 

The RF642 remote has an AUX2 function, curious how it works.

For that vehicle I don't think there is an aux 2 option thru data
