how to connect the negative output from eco one with harness for parking lights on 2014 Impreza

2014 impreza standard key parking lights connected to black with blue stripe but lights don't come on after remote start but they do flash back during the lock 3x start sequence? do i need to install a resistor or just check connectins?

Just connection, there are many black/blue wire in the connector, verify pinout location.
