2009 Scion TC no keysense

I'm trying to install a EVO-ONE and RF kit into a Scion tC but there's no keysense so I cannot program the module. Is there something else I can do?

How is there no key sense? Every car comes with it.

I cannot find the key sense wiring and according to multiple sites it does not come with it.
