2017 Cherokee Not starting

I programmed the entire unit but the vehicle refuses to start.  The evo all module blinks blue when i press the lock button.  I dont know what else to do please help.

You must press the lock button 3 times to start the vehicle, if it doesn't start, what are the LED doing on the module ?

I'm having the same problem and mine just blinks blue every time you hit the button but no start

My 2012 fusion is doing the same thing with not starting
