2018 Mazda cx-3 Programming issue after using dcryptor

Question

Hi I'm trying to program a evo all on a 2018 Mazda CX-3 push button start. The fist 12 steps of programing went OK. After success with the dcryptor procedure,and trying to repeat steps 1-12. the yellow light will not come on just stay lit solid blue.it wont allow me to repeat steps 1-12. whats the correct procedure or is there something im doing wrong???

Reset EVO-ALL and repeat procedure with batteries removed from remotes. After several attemps at programing the yellow light began to flash,success. Thanks.
