evo one, blue light flashes at end of programming but red on also

2017 sonata regular key, evo one install without ems wire, blue light flashes at end but red stays on also... what could it be, thanks!

Turn off option A3 in the unit options

 

Also be sure to use Program 2 in the installation guide. Page 5

RED LED staying on might also indicate an issue with CAN-BUS connections.
