Do I have to reprogram the Evo-One after making changes with FlashLink?

Do I have to reprogram the Evo one to my vehicle everytime time I make a change on the bypass or remote starter side with flashlink software? thanks.

As long as you didnt flash it and only change the options, no you won't need to re program it in the vehicle.
