Where do I connect wires A2, A3, and A13 from THAR-NIS1?

Question

I have a 2014 Nissan Maxima SV Push-to-start; will be using OEM key fob; plan to install Evo-All NIST1 with T-harness (THAR-NIS1); using guide # 24031.

My question is where do I connect the following wires (page 4, guide # 24031):

A2   [Purple IN; Lock (-)]

A3   [Purple/white IN; Unlock (-)]

A13   [Yellow/Black IN; External input (-)]

You don't need to connect them for 3x lock start.
