Turn on heated seats 2008 sierra

I did an evo all stand alone install on a 2008 GMC sierra 1500. Can the evo-all turn the heated seats on?

It shows that it is supported in the chart, and the option is available during programming.  However, the indicator lights on the door do not illuminate, and the seat doesn't feel any different.
