broken black 4 pin connector from the T harness

Hi,

The black 4 pin connector from the T-Harness is broken,....can i use the other black connector with lock tabs?or do i have to buy another T Harness? Please help as i dont want to spend more money as life sucks these days.

Yes but you will need to use a exacto knife to trim the tab off and the grooves as well.

i think i can trim that locking tab until it fits on the socket...,....so its confirmed that i can use it?

Ive had this on a evo-fort1 too. Gently wiggle the connector and it would intermediately power up. I de pinned the connector I found the black pin was spead open. I gently recrimped it and reinsterted it and all was good. Know the customer on a personal level see him often... still works 2 years later
