Blue light solid and nott blinking while setting up per instruction

Connected yellow wire to a yellow hot with key on on ignition wiring

I understand that you have tested the yellow wire but when the Blue LED stays solid when ignition is ON typically means the unit is not detecting ignition.   Going to need to take a second look at this connection.
