Can EVO-ALL be used as an alarm for a 2001 Tacoma and if so what guide.

I am wanting to use the EVO-ALL in a 2001 Toyota Tacoma as an alarm with an external RF Antenna to control the door locks and an Avital 4113 remote starter I plan to integrate with it.  The vehicle does not have an alarm or remote natively with it.  The Avital remote start will be hard wired to the EVO-ALL since I am using an RF kit.  The question is what guide and what firmware should I use for the unit to make this is possible.  Thank you.

No, the internal alarm can not be controled by your remote if you are using wire to wire installation

Here is the guide for EVO Alarm http://fortin.ca/download/16221/16221.pdf

Just to clarify:

2001 Tacoma - No alarm, No keyfob, Power Locks

Option 1

RF Kit with Evo-All setup as alarm with hardwire to the remote start and vehicle.  Control Evo-All alarm, remote start, and door locks (through Evo-All) via RF kit attached to Evo All.

Option 2

Evo-All setup as alarm hardwired to vehicle and data link to remote start.  Control Evo-All alarm, remote start, door locks (through Evo-All) via remote start fob.

Will both options work.  Is one preferred.

Thanks.
