Generic Question on Door Locks

Question

Lets say I'm installing an EVO-ALL and a remote start that supports data connection, we can use install guide #46661 for a 2013 Grand Caravan for example. If in your install instructions it doesnt show any wires going to the door lock wires, am I correct in assuming that they are then controlled through the can-bus system? Or do I still need to hookup wires to them, they just arent listed in the instructions to keep them simpler? Thanks.

On page 1 of the guide you see what feature are supported. You can see that for Grand Caravan lock unlock arm and disarm are supported so they don't need to be connected.
