Int bmw2 without evo-all

Can I implement remote start bmw using int-bmw2 and remote start (without evo-all),
if the RS will prepare for the necessary logic?

No, INTBMW2 needs to be paired with either EVOALL or EVOONE.

I already int-BMW 2 without evo-all and evo-one installed on two cars.
