I entered a card. But I can revisit the page

I can still see it is in my history"Subaru Impreza - WRX STI (2012-2013)

However it prompts me "it is locked"

Could some help me ?

But on your web page saying :"Once an activation key is used it is automatically assigned to your account so you do not need to re-enter your activation key when you revisit this vehicle."
