2008 sierra wont start with gmt4 3x lock

i have installed thr gmt4 using the t harness by following the instructions... programmed using flashlink manager as per instructions for stand alone.. red and yellow leds light up but does not start

Does the ignition turn on in the cluster ?

Does the vehicle start with the key ?
