How to program 3XLock on Evo One for 2015 rav4?

When the key is in ignition (on), remote on Toyota key not working. How to change function 38 for option 2 with out using remote? Evo One  3XLock for remote start on 2015 Toyota Rav4.Thx

Plug in the evo-one into the flash link, be sure connection mode is remote starter before connecting. Go to evo options tab, scroll down and select the 38.2 option and save it.
